We are in need of a Recruitment Consultant for our offices based in the Paarl area. In this 360 position, your primary objective will be to assist in the various recruitment processes of a specific portfolio i.e. recruitment of candidates, related administration and assisting in the acquisition of new business where needed.

This is a remote/work from home opportunity, with regular visits to our offices. Therefore a home-based office set-up would be preferred i.e. reliable internet connection and cell reception, printer, laptop/computer, etc.

Duties include (but are not limited to):

• Placing adverts
• Sourcing candidates from various sources
• Screening, shortlisting and interviewing of candidates
• Extending offers
• General administration
• Client interaction

Requirements:

• Completed Matric
• 5+ years in a recruitment environment (preferably within the Wine/Agricultural industry)
• Strong planning and organizing abilities
• Results orientated and task driven
• Strong administrative skills and detail orientated
• Excellent communication skills – verbal and written (In both Afrikaans and English)
• Professional appearance and well-spoken
• Able to work unsupervised and use initiative
• Strong computer literacy (word processing, spreadsheets and electronic mailing systems)
• Own vehicle with valid driver’s license
• No restraint of trade
• Preference for a starting date of 1 March 2019

Salary offered: R10 000pm basic plus commission
