Our client, in a growing industry, has a vacancy for an Assistant Sales Manager whose main role will be to efficiently and effectively assist in managing the Sales Team in order to achieve the departmental objectives.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in supervising all aspects of team management, including attendance, performance management, discipline and skills development, as well as bringing the energy and drive required to keep a sales team motivated.
A marketing/sales qualification is a prerequisite, as well as at least three years’ experience in a management role, responsible for team management, customer queries and management reports.
