Kaizer Chiefs have set their sights on another striker in the Premier Soccer League.
According to Siya sources, Amakhosi are already in with discussions about how they will be bolstering their squad in the upcoming July/August transfer window, with sources adding that they have set their sights on Polokwane City’s Rodney Ramagalela.
The 29-year-old has scored 10 and assisted 3 goals so far in all competitions this season, becoming one of Rise and Shine’s most influential players.
As previously revealed by the Siya crew, City reportedly slapped a R5 million price tag on the player’s services, indicating that they have no desire to let the player leave the club as yet.
However, with Rise and Shine struggling for form in the Absa Premiership, should the club face the drop from South Africa’s top flight, management at City could consider letting some of their players leave on a much lower fee.
Now, with sources revealing that Chiefs are showing keen interest to rope in Ramagalela to Naturena, it remains to be seen whether Amakhosi will look to approach the club with an offer in the upcoming July/August transfer window.
