Chippa United boss Siviwe ‘Chippa’ Mpengesi says he will offer coach Teboho Moloi a permanent contract at the club following his great run since taking over from Dan Malesela.
The Chilli Boys crowned a 10-game unbeaten run with a victory against Kaizer Chiefs at Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium on Wednesday night.
After the match, Mpengesi revealed that he would give Moloi, who has been coaching the team on interim basis, a permanent contract.
“We want to make him permanent and we are hoping to finalize it by the end of this week and make the announcement,” said Mpengesi.
Meanwhile, the Chippa chairman said the Chilli Boys gave him an early present by beating Chiefs.
“In my football business there is nothing better than beating Kaizer Chiefs. I praise God because I got my Christmas early. For us as Chippa United a victory like this, you can’t ask for more.”
